Book: REQUIRED to have the current BLS Provider textbook for this course. If you already own one or have access to one before, during, and after the class, you do not need to purchase one at registration. The CPR Lady Training Center supports Internet/WiFi for eBooks.

Course Location: The class is held at The CPR Lady, Inc. - 15375 Barranca Pkwy J-106, Irvine, CA 92618. The CPR Lady, Inc. is located in the TriQuest Business Center in Building J Suite 106. Major cross streets are Barranca Parkway and Technology Drive. Enter on either Barranca or Technology.

Students must request CEs from The CPR Lady at the time of class, state their profession, give their license number, and sign the CE Roster. CEs cannot be issued after the class is completed and closed.
